We’re happy to ship The Better Bunk internationally! Please note that any VAT, import duties, customs fees, or other charges imposed by your country are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. Some countries don't charge these fees on orders under a certain amount.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your new view! If The Better Bunk isn’t the right fit, our return policy allows for a hassle-free 14-day return.
To ensure a smooth process, please return items in their original packaging and include all materials. If you have any issues or questions, please email us at thebetterbunk@gmail.com.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.
